Helen is an experienced solicitor in our Contentious Probate team.

She has a wide litigation experience and has a particular interest in disputes under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, assisting clients with both bringing and defending claims under the Act. She has also represented clients challenging the validity of wills and disputing funeral arrangements.

Helen’s focus is on achieving the right outcome for her clients as efficiently as possible, and she will always explore options such as negotiation and mediation as a cost effective way to resolve matters where appropriate.

Helen studied Law with French at Sussex University, including a year in Strasbourg, France, before qualifying as a solicitor in West Sussex.

When she is not in the office Helen enjoys the cinema, the theatre, yoga and spending time walking outdoors.
