Slee Blackwell Solicitors have our roots in Braunton, having had an office in the village since well before World War Two. Our office is located centrally on the corner of South Street, where a team of lawyers services the legal needs and requirements of the village.
The office is headed up by Steph Cleak. Steph is a Slee Blackwell partner who specialises in conveyancing law. She is experienced in handling freehold and leasehold transactions, leasehold enfranchisement, mortgages, property developments and planning agreements.
Steph is assisted by Chartered Legal Executive Shanna Newman, who specialises in house sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Solicitor Vanessa Swales, who has been with Slee Blackwell since 1993, deals with Wills, probate and estate administration. Vanessa, who is a Dementia Friend, also specialises in powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications.
