Braunton solicitor Steph Cleak specialises in conveyancing law.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2005 after studying law at the University of Bristol. She started her legal career with a firm in west Cornwall, relocating to Devon in May 2016 when she joined Slee Blackwell Solicitors. Steph was made a partner in 2020 and has responsibility for running our our Braunton office.

Steph is experienced in freehold and leasehold transactions, leasehold enfranchisement, mortgages, property development and planning agreements.

Steph prides herself on being approachable and friendly. She puts clients at ease during their property transaction, aiming to make the whole process as smooth and as stress-free as possible.

In her spare time she enjoys reading and socialising, as well as renovating properties when opportunities arise.
