When assessing the suitability of a case for No Win, No Fee funding there are a number of factors that we will take into account. These include:
- the legal merits of your case; and
- the likely level of compensation that would be awarded.
Where we are considering a switch to No Win, No Fee funding we will also take into account:
- any written advice you have received from a barrister about the strengths and weaknesses of your case;
- the relative advantages and disadvantages of a change to No Win, No Fee funding; and
- whether a policy of Legal Expenses Insurance is in existence.
