Client satisfaction study reveals that an amazing 99.6% of Slee Blackwell clients were satisfied with the service they received from us, with 98.5% rating the service as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’.*
We always strive to maintain the very best standards of client care, and the results of our latest survey indicate that we are succeeding in delivering a quality legal service.
Commenting on the outcome of the survey, Managing Partner, Nick Arthur, said:
“It is extremely gratifying to know that our client satisfaction levels are so high and that an overwhelming majority of our clients are very happy with the standard of service we provide. We pride ourselves on giving clients the best service possible and these results are a testament to the hard work, professionalism and dedication of all our lawyers and support staff.
Obviously there is no room for complacency and we will strive to achieve a 100% satisfaction rate over the coming 12 months.”
The results were first class across all departments, with our property teams in particular achieving an outstanding performance. Commercial partner Emma Napper received 57 client survey responses, with 45 clients rating her service as ‘excellent’, 11 as ‘good’, and just one as ‘satisfactory’. Steph Cleak, who heads up our residential conveyancing team, wasn’t far behind with an impressive 41 clients saying that her service was ‘excellent’ and another six rating it as ‘good’.
