The rules of our Alexandra House Facebook Christmas Giveaway
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Slee Blackwell Solicitors LLP Alexandra House Facebook Christmas Giveaway (‘Prize Draw’) begins on 17.11.2023 and ends at midnight on 28.12.2023 (the ‘Promotion Period’). The sponsor of this Prize Draw is Slee Blackwell Solicitors LLP (‘Sponsor’). By participating in the Prize Draw, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
ELIGIBILITY: The Prize Draw is open to residents of England and Wales who are 18 or over (the ‘Entrant’). The Sponsor, and their employees are ineligible to enter the Prize Draw or win a prize.
HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Prize Draw during the Promotion Period online by visiting the sponsor’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.co./SleeBlackwell/ liking that page, and telling us your guess for how far our new Bideford office is from Lapland by commenting on a competition post. Automated or robotic Entries will be disqualified. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one entry will void their Entries.
WINNER SELECTION: The Winner of the Prize Draw will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random draw will be conducted on 29.12.2023 by the Sponsor, whose decision is final.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Winner will be notified by the Sponsor by way of a comment on their entry post on 29.12.2023. The Winner must accept their prize by contacting the Sponsor within seven days of notification. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive accounts, or the Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any account. Any Winner who does not respond within seven days will forfeit their prize. No substitution of the prize is permitted.
PRIVACY: We will not retain or share any personal information supplied by you.
LIMITATION of LIABILITY: By entering, the Entrant agrees to release Slee Blackwell Solicitors LLP from any legal liability arising from participation in the Prize Draw.
