Contentious Probate Department shortlisted for Team of the Year
Our Contentious Probate Team, led by Naomi Ireson, has been shortlisted for Team of the Year.
The team handles complex inheritance and will disputes involving:

- Inheritance Act claims
- Disputes between executors and beneficiaries
- Proprietary estoppel cases
- probate and trusts litigation
