Sabrina Morey qualified as a Solicitor in 2020, having attained a first-class law degree at Birmingham City University before completing her masters at the University of Law in Bristol.

She is a member of our contentious probate team, acting for both claimants and defendants in a range of inheritance disputes, including challenges to the validity of wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975, disputes between trustees and executors and beneficial interest cases, such as proprietary estoppel and TOLATA claims.

Sabrina understands that bringing or defending a claim is often a very emotional and stressful time for clients, so she aims to make her advice clear and easy to understand. She also believes in delivering a cost-effective service, and strives to settle cases at an early stage using alternative dispute resolution where possible.

Outside of the office, Sabrina enjoys reading, going for walks, and spending time with her son.
