Harriet Day is a solicitor in our Family Law team.
She attended Cardiff Uni for her LLB, and completed her LPC and Masters at Bristol UWE, qualifying in 2023.
She specialises in divorce and finances, non molestation orders, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, declarations of trust, and Children Act matters.
Harriet follows Resolution and aims to achieve sensible and fair outcomes for her clients by providing clear, calm and straightforward advice that they can follow and understand. Where matters cannot be resolved informally, Harriet is experienced in guiding clients through the courts.
Outside work Harriet likes to read and play rugby. She has a cat called Anakin, whom she adores.
