Emma is a commercial property solicitor. She studied law at Wolverhampton University before undertaking a postgraduate diploma at Staffordshire University and completing her LPC at Chester Law School.

She has more than 20 years post-qualification experience, during which time she has handled hundreds of sales and purchases of both commercial and residential property.

In her commercial property practice, Emma is highly experienced in dealing with holiday parks, pubs, hotels, guest houses, offices, retail premises, and industrial units.

Emma also advises employees in relation to settlement agreements.

Outside work Emma is kept busy raising her family, but still manages time to fit in trips to the gym and indulging in her passions of reading, and walks in the countryside and on the beach.
