Under this scheme we will provide you with a telephone consultation of up to ½ hour, and initial legal advice. Alternatively, if you would prefer a face to face meeting at our Barnstaple office then this can be arranged.
This service is only suitable for cases of low to moderate complexity where the key documents are limited in number and size. We reserve the right to decline instructions where we feel that we cannot provide legal advice within the scope of this fixed fee service.
Following the consultation you will have a clear picture of the legal options open to you which will hopefully enable you to make an informed choice about how you go forward with the case. If you subsequently require further advice then our there are further fixed fee options available. These include:
- Serving a Section 8 or Section 21 Notice for possession.
- Accelerated Possession Proceedings without court attendance.
- Possession Proceedings in the Taunton, Exeter or Barnstaple County Courts.
- Warrant of Possession.
