Are you buying a new build home in the South West?

If you are thinking of buying a new build home, then our New Homes Team is here to help.

Purchasing a new home is an exciting milestone, but the process can feel daunting at times. Our specialist New Homes Team is here to guide you every step of the way — from reservation to exchange, and beyond. With a dedicated conveyancer assigned to you from start to finish, Slee Blackwell Solicitors provide clear legal advice and support throughout your journey.

Straightforward pricing with no hidden surprises

We know how important it is to have complete clarity over legal fees. That’s why we’re upfront about costs from the start.

Once you reserve your property, we’ll provide you with a tailored quote so you know exactly what to expect.

We do not charge additional fees for postage and photocopying. Our fees are fixed and cover all emails, telephone calls, and letters.

To give you an idea of what those fees are likely to be here are some examples based on a typical new build purchase.
