Not only did Graeme Biffen and Martyn Venner of Greenslade Taylor Hunt win the team challenge, Martyn also triumphed in the individual ‘Crazy Croquet’ competition. Martyn and Graeme have said that the trophy will be proudly displayed at their offices in Taunton and they are definitely going to return to defend their titles next year.
The Croquet Challenge was the first of its kind to be organised by the Slee Blackwell and it certainly won’t be the last. Everyone involved enjoyed the opportunity to join with other members of the Taunton business community in having fun whilst raising money for a fantastic local charity, the Conquest Equestrian Centre. As well as celebrating Martyn and Graeme’s success on 14 October, Slee Blackwell also celebrated the continuing growth and expansion of the firm in Somerset by taking on additional office space at 2 Marco Polo House in Taunton.
