- We will diarise the dates for when your ex needs to have completed the acknowledgement (and progress the divorce to the next stage even if they do not acknowledge);
- We will diarise and then complete the conditional order application;
- We will confirm your instructions to apply for final order at the appropriate time and then complete that application; and
- We will send you the conditional order and final order for you to keep safe.
