Anya Hoyland is always incredibly prompt in her responses, and her letters to my adversary were polite but incredibly incise. Her knowledge is superb and she always explains the cost/loss benefit with care and consideration. I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone. Her kindness to me whilst I was under incredible strain and heartache cannot be expressed sufficiently. I will be forever grateful to her.
