Slee Blackwell is one of only two firms in the North Devon region that holds a Legal Services Commission (formerly Legal Aid Board) franchise for housing law.

We can provide tenants with advice on tenancy status, rent increases, housing conditions, disrepair claims and can defend court actions for possession, especially proceedings brought by Housing Associations.
