Emma Napper

Qualifying as a Solicitor in 2002 Emma specialises in Commercial Property and Licensing. She has worked with licensed trade consultants Innpacked to provide the accredited BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders course to potential licencees, making us the first centre in the region to provide the new Licensing qualification . Emma also provides legal representation to Torridge District Council at licensing hearings. A potential fitness addict Emma has a love of crime and mystery novels, particularly Agatha Christie and Edgar Allen Poe.
