Planning and Highways

Our Planning and Highways Unit is a specialist division of Slee Blackwell's Commercial law department. The Unit incorporates personell drawn from local government and other related backgrounds, who bring with them a wealth of invaluable local knowledge.We can can provide advice on all aspects of Town and Country Planning, Highways and Compulsory Purchase Legislation. We can assist with planning applications, appeals in respect of planning and compulsory purchase matters and undertake representation at public inquiries. We can also help with matters relating to public footpaths and traffic orders.
