Elizabeth Duncan, is a specialist personal injury and abuse lawyer. She works in a number of niche areas, dealing with:

– recovering £4.4 million on behalf of a client who suffered severe injuries to both hands in an industrial accident. This included an amount for electronic prosthetic fingers to restore as much function to his hands as possible;
– recovering over £240,000 from the government’s Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) scheme for a woman who had suffered sexual abuse in childhood;
– recovering over £750,000 for a woman who suffering wide-ranging orthopaedic injuries in a road traffic collision ; and
– recovering £325,000 for a client from for sexual abuse suffered while a schoolchild.
In 2019 Elizabeth was recipient of the prestigious Legal Hero award from DASLS.
She has close links with a number of UK charities. She provides legal training to various charitable bodies and is a trustee for a charity promoting the relief of the sick and poor.
