Slee Blackwell Solicitors sponsor NSPCC 2021 Carol by Candlelight concert
We are proud to be sponsoring the NSPCC Carols by Candlelight concert once again this year. Sadly missed last year due to the covid-19 pandemic, this event has become a much-loved and anticipated date on the calendar for Taunton.
The concert will take place at St Mary Magdalene Church (Church Square, Taunton, TA1 1SA) on Thursday the 16th of December 2021. Doors open at 6pm for a 6:30pm start.
NSPCC Carols by Candlelight is an informal mix of Christmas readings, musical interludes and congregational carol singing, rounded off with a glass of mulled wine and some chocolate.
This year MasterChef Judge William Sitwell is doing a reading, Josephine Cresswell and the Collegium singers are performing, and Miles Quick will be performing an organ solo.
Tickets are on sale at Taunton Visitor Centre 01823 340470 or from Elizabeth Duncan a lawyer in our Taunton based abuse department – [email protected]
Tickets are priced at £10 for those aged over 16, with children attending for free.
The specialist lawyers in our abuse department see every day the catastrophic consequences for those who are abused in childhood and are therefore steadfast supporters of the NSPCC’s wonderful work to ensure that all children have a safe and happy childhood. We were honoured to be named NSPCC 2018 Childhood Champion Award for Corporate Partner of the Year for South West and Channel Islands.
We very much hope that you will be able to join us for Carols by Candlelight on the 16th of December 2021 and wish you a happy and peaceful Christmas.
