We have launched a range of fixed fee services for landlords who want to recover possession of residential premises which are let under Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements.

Possession Proceedings (Taunton, Exeter or Barnstaple County Court)

 

 

£700 plus VAT and Court Fee

 

Possession Proceedings (Other County Courts)

Warrant of Possession – Bailiff Appointment (if required)

 

 

£150 plus VAT and Court Fee

 

Other residential landlord services

We also offer the following additional services to residential landlords:

In addition we prepare Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements for a fixed fee of £150 plus VAT.
